Dr. Tushant is very knowledgeable and dedicated professional. I went to him for my neck and back issues which cropped up due to desk-job based long sitting hours. Unlike many others, he treated me with manual therapy instead of incessantly using machines. These machines can give relief quickly but hardly resolve the problems permanently. He also guided me towards a healthy, fitness-orientated lifestyle considering my neck and back issues and helped my body become stronger and faster for rigorous exercises for effective, long term muscle build and weight loss. I feel a lot of change in my fitness and energy levels. After trying so many physios across Delhi/NCR, I strongly recommend him for therapy and training.
